Something like that, it's possible to get longer lasting stuff meant for covering scars and birthmarks so it's not exactly like it would even be a daily hassle to fake.

Blokes like me, we can just snap our fingers and look as human as we like. Even those who can't manage that have ways of blending in with a crowd. Which is what raises the question: why whinge about not blending in if you can't even be bothered with even the most basic effort to do so?
