[In the middle of a hallway not too far from the main area, the telltale signs of an Unversed's arrival begin. The swirling miasma signifying one spawning gives way to a Prize Pod. The strange thing, however, is the Sora that comes in with it. His hand is resting gently on the Pod's side, and though he looks to be about twelve at the most, he seems pretty normal.]

Darnit, still no luck... Well, time for the next step, I guess. Thanks, buddy.

[He pats the Prize Pod, which bobs and disappears again. Sora doesn't seem too bothered by being somewhere new, as though he was almost expecting it. He simply starts walking down the hall.]

[Tiny Soras always seem to ping this guy, even if he is a bit younger than Riku remembers. What's up, bro?]

Riku?!

[His face goes through several expressions. The first is surprise, then it's disbelief, then it's almost fear before it settles on just plain confusion.]

What are you doing here? Where is here??

[keybearer]

Oh, not much. Just hanging out.

[He shrugs lightly, leaning back against the wall.]

Anyway, this place is basically a crossroads between worlds.

[littleskylost]

Wh- that can't be right! I'm only supposed to be going to actual worlds!

[His eyes go out of focus for a moment. It's only a second or two, and then the Prize Pod he came in with appears again, right at his side.]

See, the thing is, this place is practically a vacuum. Sucks people in even when they're in the middle of something important.

[...Man, why is that Unversed hanging around with him? That's so bizarre.]

[I see your bitty Sora and raise you one Bitty Namine! Because they're always bittier.

And not always watching where they're going apparently, cause she might accidentally bump right into him after running around that corner there.]

[Well. That's interesting.

That's dumb.

[Sora plants a hand on the Unversed, then abruptly vanishes with it. They'll be back in just a moment, further down the hall.]

Whoa!

[He's going to reach out and make sure she doesn't fall down, just barely managing to stay upright himself.]

[littleskylost]

Huh? Oh, nah, it just doesn't mind helping me.

[Sora moves to smile at her, but stops short. He doesn't remember Aqua all that well from the time he met her, but the two inside his head and heart can certainly recognize her, even without the blue hair and paler skin.]

[What the?!

Okay, yeah, pardon Riku if he stares a little. He's... really not sure what just happened.]

That's good to hear. Everyone needs a friend.

[Well, huh. She regards him as he does so.]

[Some ways behind him, a tiny Kairi has been watching, mostly hidden by a doorframe. She comes running out when the Prize Pod disappears, heading for Sora.]

That's not right at all!

[He tries it again, and winds up almost exactly where he was when he was talking to Riku. Boy, does he look frustrated.]

[littleskylost]

It's okay! I didn't hurt you, did I?

[Says the guy who wasn't responsible for the collision. But she's smaller! So he's got to check.]

[littleskylost]

...Aqua?

[He sounds pretty uncertain, and definitely confused, because there's something really wrong with this picture.]

[littleskylost]

Kairi?

[Sora is staring an awful lot, because last he checked, Kairi was the same age as him!]

[missingcrayon]

[Shakes her head.]

No. Are you okay?

[She probably couldn't do much damage even if she tried, since she's so bitty, but there's no harm in asking.]

[...A Sora with an Unversed? But didn't those--

Okay, he'll just roll with it. Act natural.

So, yeah, there's an older 'Sora' approaching now, trying to act totally clueless.]

Hey, is that some kinda Heartless?

Wait, were you trying to get out?

[But doesn't that usually require Gummi Ships? Or... darkness. Hm.]

[She pauses a moment. Kid knew the 'old her'? Interesting.

Ah, she's not going to add to his confusion with her long story. She can be Aqua if he needs it. She nods.]

[Not quite the same Kairi, though.]

Yeah? That's how I got here in the first place. Why isn't it working?

No problems here!

[Though he does need to straighten his jacket.]
