You see, he's a guy on a mission. Any Vens or Soras... expect him to stalk the living daylights out of you. Anyone else, Keybearers especially? Oh, he'll stalk you too.

He's one of those rare Vanitae with snazzy, white armor and a silly emblem on his mask. How the heck does he see around it, anyway?

That she's currently using to dispatch a group of Heartless that just attacked her. Geez, even in this place there's no end to them.]

[Turns to look at him. By now she knows about the DR's resident tolls, and so the fact that he has Sora's face doesn't surprise her.

[This one has a Keyblade, even if she doesn't summon it for much of anything short of an emergency, which means it isn't out now.

... as for the bewaring, part? Kind of kept her alive for nearly two years now, and storming through the hallways isn't exactly the most stealthy. So suffice to say, she's aware that someone's fairly close and is keeping a sharp eye out.

Especially given that she's new enough to the DR that she is wary of what might be lurking out there.]

instead of fighting Heartless or Nobodies or Unversed, he's just silently conversing with a Heartless floating nearby. he's been fighting for a while now, but with exhausted magic and exhausted limbs, it's sort of hard to cure himself...

being a Heartless himself, however, is helpful in that regard--the Green Requiem bobbing over his head casts Cure on him easily, and Sora just relishes in a reprieve.

at least, until he spots Vanitas. ]

[...Well, this is interesting. There's definitely something familiar about her, and it's enough to catch his eye.

He'll come to a stop close by and lean back against the wall.]

Sora pushes himself up to his feet and backs away, unsure, waving his hands in a very 'I think you're mistaken' way. ]

[She frowns, before quickly turning and cutting down a particularly sneaky Soldier Heartless that thought it could make use of her being distracted.]

Can't be with someone who's not here.

[Her Riku and Sora are still back home.]

[He shakes his head, proceeding to cross his arms.]

I've had my eye on you for a while, and I've seen you struggle through the darkness.

[He laughs.]

I've already taken a look around, and this place is crawling with that idiot.

[So they're probably not hers, so what? He doesn't discriminate when it comes to trolling.]

It's not the same. I'm sure they're nice enough, but they're not the people I know from home.

[Dismisses her Keyblade once she can no longer sense Heartless around and just folds her arms, looking unimpressed by your trolling.]

[ there's an unpleasant lurch of darkness in his chest, yellow eyes wide now.

it's like half of him just went cold. there's something very wrong here and he steps back, fingers stiff by his sides, poised if he needs to defend himself. ]

So you're isolating yourself? And here I thought you'd come up with some sappy friendship speech.

Can't even talk... That's just sad.

[Hmm, how to approach this.

He pauses, bringing a hand to his chest.]

You and I aren't so different, you know. I'm about as dark as it gets, but I think you can see the difference between us.

I never said I was isolating myself. And you can just quit trying to annoy me. It won't work.

[If anything, she almost looks bored by it. True, she may not have much experience with trolls. But she's not one to let them get to her. That would just be giving them what they want.]

Sora's shoulders stiffen and he frowns deeply--he stops moving towards him, even contemplates taking another step back. it's hard, he can't refute that, but "the limelight"? what does he mean? he crosses his arms stubbornly. "That's not true." ]

[This Sora might interest him a lot. He's walking around, trying to find a nice room to do his polearm training in--has to keep up on that, you know--or perhaps a good book to read if he can't find that. Either way, he's not paying too much attention, walking casually down the hallway.]
