~The Great Ice Cream Hunt~

[It's been a long day. A not-so-fun long day, and Xion's tired. But, as she's been told, the best cure to a long day is ice cream -- sea salt ice cream, of course -- and who is she to argue with a proven cure like that?

She's just going to start rooting through the DR's kitchens, searching over freezers for a box of ice cream bars, though she has to admit, it's a little difficult to properly search when standing on her toes has her still a tad too short to really look.]

You'd think there'd be a big stock of these, [she mumbles, rubbing at the back of her neck with sigh.]

Oh- In the bedroom. I'll just use the couch. That's all. [ Olette kind of beamed it on him that girls and boys don't sleep in the same place. Although why he still can't figure out. ]

[Well, that's just not fair.] But it's your bed, Roxas. You shouldn't have to sleep on the couch. We can share it, right? [Xion, however, has not had the same mental training, and she sees nothing wrong with sharing a bed with her best friend when there's only one. More comfortable than the couch, anyway.]

I guess so. [ Awkward turtle. Awkward turtle. But he honestly wouldn't mind it. Really. He still doesn't get the girl stuff. As in he has no idea at all. Olette can just be kind of convincing. But Xion can be, too. And he wants to see her happy. ] For now then. [ Because the bed's still kind of small for two people. ]

[Xion looks pleased with that, beaming at him. At least neither of them is without a bed, for the moment. She wouldn't be having any of this couch nonsense with her best friend.] Good. You can just take one side and I'll take the other. [Which sort of works in theory.]

[ Okay- That beam might have made appeasement worth it. Definitely. He definitely likes seeing her happy like that. Grinning wide. ] Alright, then it's settled.

So, uh... What now?

( occ: I'm there as Xion and Tifa. But I didn't want to say anything about the Xion bit and potentially make you feel intimidated? 8D; )

Um...I dunno. Maybe you could show me around?

[ooc: Just a wee bit. XDDD But that's so awesome. ♥ ]

[ Show her around... That earns another head scratch. Where else could they go... that she would like to go? ...But then his eyes seem to light up again. ] Well, I do have one place in mind... It's a little further than the last one. But believe me. It's worth it.

( ooc: |D;; F-Fff. Well, if it makes you feel any better, I do feel like you're doing well with her so far! She's a complicated character. Oro~ )

[Xion was willing to go wherever Roxas led, and she nodded eagerly, giving him a smile.] Which way?

[ooc: She issss.]

[ And that suits him just fine. Having that trust. Being able to trust like this... without the awkward barrier. He's glad to have this chance again. Roxas nods, ducking out of the room with a wave and yet another smile. He's just all smiles today. ] This way.

Okay! [Xion follows him out, just smiling from ear to ear. She's eager for an adventure with Roxas, even if it's something as simple as a tour.]

[ This time, the trip takes a little longer and involves a lot more twist and turns. Not that it bothers him- He knows where he's going. As they walk along, he doesn't seem surprised by much of anyone that they pass- at most, batting an eyelash at a genderbent version of himself. Because- just. Holy crap, alright? Kinda hard not to.

Eventually though, he does seem to find the place he's intent on showing her. And without much ceremony, he gestures to the door. ]

There.

[Of course, Xion's a bit more bemused by the girly-looking Roxas, but...she's going to ignore that. And ask later. Because, what.

Xion looks up at the door, blinking.]

What's behind it?

[ What indeed. You should have seen how he first reacted. On second thought, let's not go there. Instead, let's focus on the task at hand... which he's shortly chuckling at her question. ]

What? You don't trust me? [ Teasing. Just teasing. But seriously, alright. Going to open the door then and wave her to the threshold at least. ] We don't have to stay today- I don't think it would be fair to Axel, but. I just figured it might be a spot to visit some day. The three of us like we promised.

[ Take a guess. ]
