A different side of me

[See that guy over there? He's usually seen up to some sort of mischief. Not leaning against the wall as if he's afraid he wouldn't be able to hold himself up on his own. He's out of breath, and clutching at his chest over his Heart as if he were in pain.

Those able to sense Darkness will be able to tell that something's seriously wrong with him. Usually you can barely sense his Darkness at all. Today it's practically off the charts. In fact, there are already thin wisps of Darkness starting to rise off of him.

But if you manage not to notice that, should you get closer you'll likely notice that his eyes have gone from their usual green to a bright gold.

Though, it might be a better idea not to get too close...]

[ooc: A rare moment where he's losing control of his Darkness. Careful, this isn't the same as a normal Darkness problem. He is far more than grumpy right now. Friends and family he grew up with will probably recognize this though. It's not the first time this has happened.]

[Achilies is fighting Zack almost as if he wants to kill him. Or at least maim him horribly. Zack however, isn't fond of fighting his family, and only seems to be trying to knock his son out.]

[Desi bites her lip as she watches. She wants to go help because it's the right thing to do, but Zack seems to have it under control....she just continues watching a very worried look on her face.]

[Until Achilies gets around one of his attacks, plants his hands on Zack's chest and fires Darkness at him, throwing him back and against the wall.]

[That kinda really hurts. Shit.

But as said before, he's kinda used to it. Which is pretty sad when you think about it.

He recovers mid-air and summons a different weapon (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pWvKx1x1pk) with his darkness, and throws the strange glowing swords at Achilies, pinning him to the wall. Yes, some of those pierced his skin. And the last one, which missed him completely, just getting near his head, explodes. The damage not being enough to do any real damage, but enough to knock the boy unconscious.]

...Should be. I'll have to find one of those sleeping potions though. These never seem to last more than an hour. I need to make sure he stays asleep for that long.

[He's carefully taking those swords out and pulling his son into his arms and casting cure. He looks so miserable right now.]

Just so you know, he's not normally like that. When his Darkness gets out of hand he changes completely. He works really hard to keep it under control. Just, sometimes it gets too much. I guess this time it just got too bad before he could get the right help.
