[ After spending a good couple of days ~~sanitizing/washing herself thoroughly~~ recuperating after the last spell, KH has finally decided to show her face again in the halls today. Though she is actually headed somewhere, the Agrabah room to be precise, anyone is welcome to stop her and have a chat. Even if she has a pretty intense expression on her face. ]

[When she makes it there, she'll find a certain Heartless sitting on a rooftop, looking out into the sky-that-isn't. Thoughtful, quiet. (He's done with smashing anything that required smashing, thanks.)]

[ DON'T MIND HER, you know, floating from one roof top to the other when she spots him, quickly making her way towards him. ]

[Sky, sky, hunhlightfeeling? He glances over, gives her a nod, friendly smile.]

Ah, Lady! How are things today?

[ She is. not happy today. Which might be way when she goes to sit next to Kurt, it's a little less than graceful. More like tense. ]

Not well. There are things I'd like to discuss with you, if you have time.

Ah. [He gives a further nod, makes sure she has room-] I had no other plans for today. I'd be glad to talk.

First off, I would like to.. apologize. My behavior before was completely outrageous and disgracing, among other things. That is not how I act on a daily basis, and if I had the right mind going on then, things would have gone far differently.

[ pfff, she's not looking as she says all of this. ]

[He, however, is.] Did you negotiate matters with that Nobody, then? I presume from what you say, you are not interested in his presence any longer...

Negotiate? What was there to negotiate? The entire situation was based on a spell, there was no need to negotiate things. Besides, I haven't seen him and have no need to ever again.

[ KH will, wipe her mouth with her hand to emphasize that. ]

Hm. I see. So that's what it was. I'd wondered once I'd realised the truth of those past few days.
[Kurt pauses, speaks candidly.]
... Frankly, I'm relieved. I'd have wished you the best if it was what you wanted, but that Nobody? He wasn't a companion I'd have wished on anyone. Least of all you.

[ Hi, looking at Kurt now. ]

.. Thank you. For both your words now and then. And no, I would have never wanted that, not after all of the things that have happened. I know that it was the Dressing Room's doing, and that I couldn't control any of it, but.. that's what makes it so.. hard.

[He gives a smile.] It's awful, isn't it? My own experience - I remembered that Sora girl as my own child. Watching her grow up, trying to cope with the differences in our natures - but that's nothing compared to the difference between you and him. But there isn't one of us who can escape what happens here. We simply have to work through it. The best we can.

[ Aw, she laughs. ]

Now, you can't tell me it wasn't fun having a Sora as a child. And you are absolutely right, this place.. is definitely something else.

[ KH has a soft spot for Soras, okay. ]

She was - a handful. And the self I was in that memory was hardly the best parent. I suppose I'll have to see if or what she remembers, if she'll be willing to talk to me.
[A pause, a sigh.] Something else. But for the most part, I think it's a something else worth it. I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss my family and kin back home, didn't wonder about them, but if I were there with them still there's so much I'd never have known.

Hm, well, you're a pretty good parent to Layla, I'd say. And maybe you'll get to see them again.. you just have to have hope. Even if it's hard to find in this place, there is some.

[He looks down, laughs, a little embarrassed.] I try, at least. And it's something to know there are others of my kind here, if not the thoughtful ones I knew...

See, it's not all that bad.

[ smiles at. ]

Hah. Exactly. It's just another life to lead.

Mhm..

[ so what's up in the sky that's so interesting, derp. ]

[Not a lot. He's just staring at it because, really.]

One thing comes to mind. ... I doubt I'd have made friends, back home, past my stronger fellows.

I'm sure if you had the chance to stay longer, you would have.

Most would, I think. But- still. It was never our choice to make. Perhaps I shouldn't dwell on it.

How about thinking about the friends that you've made here?

[He smiles.] That's certainly a positive. So many familiar hearts. ... A lot of them right here, of course, and that's hardly a bad thing.

[ laughs. ]

I'd have to say that it is nice, having friends, of all different varieties.

[ smiles at. ]

Mmm. That's it. It's not something I ever thought possible, once upon a time.

I can say the same.

[ looks at for a second, before moving over to give a hug. :D ]

[Heh. He returns it happily.]

[He smiles-] Lady, you know I just want you to be content. As strange as it might be for one of my kind to say that...

I don't find it strange, but maybe that's because I don't really think of you as what you are, or for better terms: I don't put emphasis on our differences, but our shared traits.

It took me some time to do the same, I'll admit. Given what your nature implies... but you, as a person, have been simply a true friend. And that has meant a lot.
