[ Well. Here's someone that several people should recognize, mostly those with Keys or a little more darkness than the general population finds comfortable. Or perhaps none at all, if you're of that variety. Even if you don't recognize her, she probably sticks out. It's a big trait of hers, you see. But when you have virtually no doubles in this place, it doesn't matter how average, or pretty, or odd you are.

Five minutes ago she had been walking through the castle library, as evident by the book held mere inches from her face. She reaches up without breaking her gaze as if to grab another, her hand groping at the air for several seconds before she tears her eyes from the worn pages of the book to look around. This is not the castle library. In fact, she doesn't recognize where she is at all, and last time that happened it was very much not a good thing. The surge of panic that runs through Belle can be heard in her voice. ]

[She does whirl to face him when he speaks, startled even if he does appear harmless.]

[Don't be rude, Sora. It takes Belle a moment of looking around before she senses someone else there, but once she catches sight of Sora she's positively beaming.]

[She almost drops her book she's so startled, turning quickly to look at him. He does look friendly enough, but Belle knows better than to judge by appearance alone. She starts to back away immediately, holding her book up to her chest.]

Well, yes. But that depends. Where is here?

[Oh no. She recognizes that voice, can still hear it distantly in her memory, but... it's impossible.]

[why yes, Sora is sounding awfully similar to a fifteen/sixteen year old girl today.]

[ffff---aww, Belle, he didn't mean to scare you. Instant remorse.] I'm sorry--I didn't mean to frighten you. [So, not moving any closer.] I'm Terra.

[Bell, he can feel that Light coming from you, so he knows you're perfectly safe. Another reason he feels bad for scaring you.] From what I've heard, it's called the dressing room, though no one really knows why.

[That makes her pause in her step - she was already approaching 'him', and tilt her head as if she's scrutinizing Sora. Her eyes widen, and a hand goes over her mouth. Hesitantly, she tries again.]

Sora? That.... is you, isn't it?

Kind of! I mean, I'm a Sora. But, uh, probably not the one you know. Since he's probably a boy and stuff, right?

[The last time she was taken from the castle, she ended up with her Heart stolen from her body with the intention of being used to obtain power. She's a little wary about strangers at this point. But he does seem nice enough, so her expression softens.]

It's alright... My name's Belle. May I ask where I am? This 'dressing room', you called it?

[Now this is the strangest thing she's ever seen.]

But how can there be two Soras?

Well, see, it's this place. It brings a bunch of different people here from different worlds and timelines and universes. So there's a bunch of Soras around. Most of them are male!

It's only been a handful of days, and Xaldin had already seen what this place — the dressing room, was it — can do. He's seen the many faces, the puppets and a few of the strange rooms the new world had to offer. The difference of those experience and this one is simple: The lancer hadn't seen nor sensed a Princess of Heart in the longest.

He doesn't come out of the shadows. ] Careful now, Belle. You'll wake the spirits.

[She gives a kind laugh, her voice teasing.]

I see. I'd think just one Sora would be plenty for all of the worlds.

[Female or not, she doesn't seem to be much different from the Sora that Belle knows. So she trusts her, and that explanation.]

How can a place like this exist?

[He can't possibly imagine the horror just hearing him speak gives her.]

No! You're not supposed to be here!

[When she can't find him by looking, she starts to back into a corner, because she doesn't want to be caught from behind a second time.]

I would've thought so, too! But I guess it's good, since I can't travel to other universes, so they wouldn't be safe if there was only one me ever.

[she scratches her cheek, then shrugs a bit.]

I dunno. I guess it's magic... no one seems to have a better explanation.

Well, I can't say it surprises me, after everything else I've seen.

[She's referring to the events at Hollow Bastion, specifically. But anything that involved Heartless counts. Xaldin, too, since she knows he wasn't from her world. Which just makes her concerned again.]

[ The wind blew a cold breeze, in which he made his words flow alongside it so it can pass by her ears. No, he's still not showing himself. ]

[She does look around, one of her hands coming up fast to block the wind from her face. She covers for it by pushing her hair behind her ear, and backs closer to the wall.]

But I'm not a prisoner. It's nothing like you say it is. We're friends now...

[There's a stark difference between being bound to stay with the Beast, and being a prisoner. Maleficent kept her as a prisoner.]

That is only because they let the canary sing.

[ He only recalled summoning his lances, ready to fight Sora — so he remembered that little counter attack of hers very well. The wind blew harder, but it would only take about two seconds for Xaldin's form to appear right infront of her. See, he didn't need to open a corridor of darkness. He is his element, when necessary. ]

My, and I thought you were the imaginative one of the seven. You had no guess?

[He deserved that little counterattack, trying to use her against the Beast that way. When that happens, Belle gasps and shrinks away, but that reaction doesn't last long. She gathers herself quickly and squares her shoulders, standing up straight.]

How am I supposed to guess a place I don't know? I'm... I'm not afraid of you. Now tell me where you've taken me!
