Did you come here to watch me burn?

[The DR has a new Axel. And he's in serious need of medical attention. Both arms are useless right now. His right one is dislocated, twisted at a strange angle. But it's nothing compared to the left. There's a huge chunk of flesh missing from his shouldor and it's bleeding freely. Muscle has been torn away and the tendons there completely severed. He's just come from a battle he can't believe actually happened. He's passed out from the blood loss.]

O-oh, man...

*Sora sees you there, Axel -- he's swallowing hard and rushing towards you -- you may or may not be able to feel that Curaga that washes over you*

Axel!

[For a moment he just lays there. But after a second his eyes slide open, just a bit. Sora? Well, if you were here to finish him off that'd be one thing, but since your healing him for some reason he can't fathom he'll just close his eyes again and wait.]

Oh shit!

[Avani doesn't know you, but like hell she's letting you bleed to death. She pulls a few ethers out of the bookbag she's carrying with her and will systematically down them as she hits you with a couple of curagas to stop the bleeding and stuff.]

Ohmanohmanohman....please work...

Um... hang on. I've only done this one other time, but... I think it works better than Curaga.

*he sits next to you, movement a little less frantic now that he's sure you're not going to die, and closes his eyes, placing his hands flat together, almost in prayer; he's slipping himself into a healing trance, not just because you're hurt, but because he needs practice*

[A few seconds after the bleeding stops he opens his eyes. Strange girl who he doesn't know healing him? Well fine. Not like he's in any position to be picky. But he's sort of out of it a little at the moment. Blood loss has made him dizzy and weak. So he'll just watch you work for now and worry about talking once he's feeling like moving again.]

[Well, whatever works. Since he hasn't really got the energy to complain you can go right ahead and practice your healing trance all you like.]

...Your a really strange kid... y'know that?

[Looks like his voice is coming back though.]

*he's... not very good at focusing yet, and when he hears your voice, he cracks an eye open*

[this Marluxia has learned not to be too picky when it comes to others. He drags Axel back so he's laying flat on his back and begins an admittedly poor attempt at triage.]

Whatever happened, it utterly serves you right.

[He didn't think he'd be hearing that voice ever again. He groans and opens his eyes, just to be sure. And yep. It's exactly who he was afraid it would be. Damn.]

Guess I'm dead if your here. Didn't actualy believe there was an afterlife though...

[He chuckles, which actualy hurts so he hisses and decides it's best to just hold still and shut up until he's patched up properly.]

*it won't be long before you feel all better! well, mostly -- those wounds are still going to sting for a few days yet, but the damage is reduced so much that it looks like you won't need that arm amputated or anything -- he's gone to get you a sling, looking quite proud of himself*

Yes, I was as surprised as anyone. [he cocks a brow]. What did you manage to get yourself into this time? Not that you don't deserve whatever it was... [he tugs a scrap of bandage harder than he strictly needs to]

Not like I'm going anywhere.

[He hisses when the bandage tightens that much. He always thought you must be a bit sadistic. He doesn't believe for a second that wasn't intentional.]

Don't see how it matters much now.

[Not going to be telling you of all people how much that guy fucked him up.]

[he laughs. Basking in Axel's suffering is particularly delicious...]

Simply curious. My, how the mighty have fallen... [He is just so unfufferably smug about the whole situation. You'd think he went through a few of his own scrapes based on his attitude.]

*he comes back with a sling that he fits around the arm that's been dislocated (though now mostly healed)*

Much better. Still sore as hell, but at least I'm not bleeding to death.

Think you could help me get back up on my feet? The floor's nice and all, but I'd rather not just lay here until my arms stop feeling like jelly.

Not sure how you expect me to answer that. I'm the only Axel, far as I know. Don't consider myself 'oridinary' by any means, but I'm definately no toaster.

[Not really in the mood to be chatting about the nut-job who did this. So let's try something else.]

A very dangerous, strange one. You'll see doubles of yourself, female, male, child, vampire, anything you can imagine!

It seems as though this little world is more like a waiting room, rather than a real place. If anything, I think it to be like Traverse Town.

Yeah! I got turned into a cherry once. And a doll. And... other things. I think an Axel would make a good toaster. Really horribly behaved, but efficient!

Personally, I kinda liked that dragon idea of yours.

But I guess this means I'm not dead. Kinda thought I might be.

*tilts his head to the side, curiously*

What happened to you? You were super bleed-y.

Got in a fight, obviously.

You should've seen the other guy.

[Well, Axel did fry the guy pretty bad. But his body healed itself without potions or curagas or anything. And after that he was on Axel so fast he didn't stand a chance--biting him. Turns out the guy was an immortal weapon. Go figure.]

What was he like? Was he big? Human?

Thought he was human at first. Not so sure now. Part animal or something. He actualy bit me. [Which was why his left arm was missing a chunk of flesh, actualy.]

... interesting. What did he look like?

Looked human enough. Had white hair and red eyes. Hate to see what he'd be like if he was consumed by the darkness, that's for sure. [He's bending his left arm and moving it around to see how well it's healed--Still sore but otherwise fine. But through that rip in his coat you can probably tell that it's going to scar.]

So, you know where I can get some clothes that aren't falling apart?
