[A door slams open, and a Larxene stalks through, darkness and electricity crackling around her in anger. They're fading, however; whatever she was angry about is through the door she just exited. Those who can sense it, or hear it, will quickly become aware of the lack of heartbeat. But of course, that's normal for a Nobody, right?

Well, this is not a Nobody. Not in her understanding of the word, at least. She's much better than one of those lowly things, thank you.]

[The way she words it, she certainly sounds like a Nobody. She really means how did he get himself alive again, but she's gotten too used to how the Organization words things.]

Oh, that. Not a clue; it apparently developed itself over time. I think it might be spending time with normal people that did it; I didn't stop to think about it until someone who could detect hearts corrected me when I said I didn't have one.

I didn't think so, either, but apparently it can happen. How would you know, anyway? It's not like you were even around when the only one of us to get his heart back did it - and Roxas didn't exactly follow the normal rules.

... Okay, you're either earlier in the timeline or from another universe entirely. Or suffering from amnesia, but since you remember me it's probably not that bad.

Okay, this is a kind of dimensional nexus. People from alternate versions of our universe - universes, sorry - turn up here, not all from at the same time period. Usually multiple versions of people. So far I've met two versions of me that were female, and one version of my Other as a little kid.

[That kind of seals it as them being from different universes, not just timelines.]

I dunno, I'd only say "freak scientist" for Xemnas, Xigbar, Vexen, maybe Zexion at a stretch. Xaldin and Lexaeus weren't really all that freaky.

Maybe what you're used to. The ones I know are all quite freakish.
