[It's been quite some time, but this Vanitas is out and about again, boredly "prowling" the halls in search of Ventus. The blond doubles are entertaining, but the real target needs to be found. Come out, come out, wherever you are...

Following an invisible trail, he was silent aside from his footsteps quietly echoing down the hallway until he reached a door, and without really pausing, lifts his left leg and kicks said door open. What, he sensed Ventus either in here or in the room on the other side of the wall.]

[He honestly doesn't care, since he's walking in further and making a bee-line for the back wall. Ventus is in this area, he can practically smell him. Sup, portal on the far wall, he's heading for it without so much as a grunt of acknowledgement to the half dressed girl with a keyblade.

[With a keyblade, and a damn fine one at that. That's right, she's got light and darkness.]

[Oh keyblades. He's vaguely curious enough, and that sense of Ventus on the other side of the back wall hasn't moved, so a few minutes of stopping wouldn't ruin any plans. Pausing at the portal, he turned to look back at the girl.]

Was your name on the door?

( Have a Sora sleeping. Obviously, that feeling is from the other side of the wall, but as soon as the door's kicked open, he grabs the baseball bat near his bedside, swinging it blindly. )

[She holds her keyblade in a battle-ready position. It's not really on the door, of course not, but she's not playing your games.]

Really now? I saw nothing like that on my way in. [He wouldn't care, but that battle stance almost makes him laugh. Now he's curious, turning to face away from that now fading portal, lifting his own keyblade in his own similar stance.

Oh no, he doesn't feel like making the first move. Ladies first.]

Easily stepping aside, Vanitas just snuffs from beneath his helmet. It's this brat.]

[Avani was reading on the couch with her brother when the door is kicked open. Standing up she yanks Elias off the couch and shoves him towards the bathroom to hide. She makes sure to cover him as he goes, blue eyes narrowed as she speaks.]

[Only slightly letting his keyblade down, he swung sharply when she struck at him, aiming to let her weapon get stuck in the wall beside him.]

[Such a shame then that a multitude of Floods come racing up out of nowhere around her feet. Whether she trips amidst them or not, well... they are aiming for her feet. Vanitas, however, is going to slice his keyblade up to guard himself.

Interesting. Up close and in the fray makes it easier to feel the darkness she has around that light. It reminds him of Terra, and that just makes this more entertaining.]
