This particular teenage girl seems pretty comfortable for a supposed newcomer: already she's gotten ahold of a purple bikini and a towel from somewhere, and she's lying on the beach, catching some "sun." As people go by, she watches them with undisguised interest and even a bit of wonder.]

[Idle and a little restless, Axel decided today might be a good day to take a walk, and the beach seemed like a nice place to do so. He could use a little sun. So he was just in some jeans and a sleeveless shirt, shoes abandoned near the entrance, walking along the shoreline, lost in his own thoughts.]

[Akane only knows one Axel with a scarred face like that, so she takes notice, watching him carefully for a couple minutes. Once she's pretty sure it's him...]

Hey! Daddy!

[She springs up from her towel and runs to him, arms outstretched for a hug. It's probably the past Axel, but that's close enough.]

[He didn't react at first because he wasn't aware of anyone that would be calling him 'daddy', so it's not hard to imagine his surprise when he realized the girl was talking to him. He kind of stares, as she approaches, it not quite clicking in his mind yet who this was.]
