[Someone's had plenty of time since his birthday to get used to living here (well, technically he's been here since... what, last Christmas? jeez man!) as well as getting used to the dangers that also live here. About said dangers? He doesn't need to worry (as much) anymore!

If anyone swings by the training room today, they'll encounter 1 Lea, who is practicing his moves on a dummy with... chakrams? Where'd his frisbees go? Also, Lea + pointy objects, who thought this was a good idea?!?! Either way, he's doing fairly well, though with a firm swing and thunk of metal stabbing into straw and wood, Lea has to stop because upon yanking on that chakram... well uh, it doesn't come out.]

Why would it? It's stuck in the wood in the middle. [Blinks, no he doesn't get why that would help at all. YANK YANK YANK YANK brb stumbling back when it finally drags loose and yelps when he topples backwards onto his rump. AT LEAST NOTHING SHARP GOT HIM other than the scratch on his arm.]

[Yaaaaaaank... OKAY it's really stuck. Frowning, he moves to set the other chakram down, then use both hands to yank. Lea only succeeds at pulling the entire dummy over where it just drags while he shoves and pulls and yeah he's just making a mess.]

An older version of you. [Looking up, he half grinned sheepishly as he moved to climb to his feet, though he paused to check that scratch on his arm. Just a white streak, no bleeding, oh good! Still stings a little though, ehh..]

He helped me out from some of the uh, local monsters that were tryin to steal my heart. You know how frisbees don't count as actual weapons, so he got me these.

[Looks up at the voice, but grins a bit when he see's who it is.] Isa! Yeah, it's.. stuck. [That grin goes sheepish as he sets the whole thing on the ground.]

[Blinks at the flat tone, but snorts at the Look and shakes his head.] You must have been pulled out or something, or you've been sleeping this entire time. There was kind of a big horde of them in a hallway once and they got the jump on me.. inky black bug things with yellow eyes.

[His tone gets a little serious as he frowns, giving him a Look of his own.] If you see anything like that, run as far away as fast as possible, got it?

[But he comes over anyway, and puts a foot on the dummy to hold it down, before neatly pulling the chakram out.]

[Hurr yeah it was pretty obvious. But with Isa pulling it out so easily, Lea can't help a half frown at... well. Feeling like a kid suddenly. Just because he's using real weapons now doesn't change that he's not really a fighter. Puff sighing, he went and picked up the other one, holding his hand out for the one he pulled up.]

[well, you're in luck today little man, because here comes a dude that looks a lot like a taller, older version of you, and he's plenty familiar with how those things get stuck. he looks a little pale and less muscular than he should be, his t-shirt a little too loose on him, and he's got some faint bruises around his wrists.]

Need some help with those? I know from experience that they're not friendly with stuff like those dummies.

As Lea comes in again, Saïx angles his sword so that once again the chakrams hit nothing more than steel.]

Well, for starters, I think there are some other dummies that aren't so solid. Orrrr you could find someone to spar with who can block you and teach you how to block so that no one gets hurt accidentally.
