[The Destiny Islands room is currently occupied by one very heartbroken little girl.

The sky is dark, and there's the sound of quiet sobs coming from under the docks, and if anyone looked, they would find Hikari sitting there, knees drawn up to her chest, face buried into her arms that are crossed over her knees.]

Sh-should have stayed...

[She raises her eyes to the water and wipes the tears off of her face before taking a deep breath to calm herself. It would take a while, but she'd be okay.]

[ooc: Set about half an hour after this, so she hasn't been home yet.]

No... how can you be? You didn't wanna hurt him even if he did turn into something else. Think about how you would have felt if you did try and....hurt him. You're like your mom a lot with that kind of thing.

[Hikari closes her eyes and shivers a little as she remembers Rikka collapsing right at her feet. And dammit there she goes crying again.]

[Dark skies, just the thing for Layla, though she probably shouldn't be out right now. As she wanders over, though, she does hear the sounds, and bends down to peer under the docks.]

[Hikari looks up with a blink then smiles a little as she scotts over to give Layla a place to sit beside her.]

[She lapses into silence for a moment before speaking again.]

There's this boy I'm friends with...he..was throwing up Darkness and stuff...and..then...he turned into this giant heartless...

[She looks down.]

And I didn't even stick around to try to save him...

[Her mind's telling her she did the right thing, but her heart's not too sure she shouldn't have helped or what.]

[She might be a bit rough with the hugs, she's used to just hugging her family, and they can cope...]

It's ... hard to control. I'm used to Darkness, but if it's all coming out at once... that's not good. But it's better that it's all out. He'll get used to it. And it's better that you got away rather than stayed there... it is dangerous if you don't know what you're doing with it. Everything'll be okay.

Yeah I know...I guess I'm just like Mom...worries herself sick about her friends all the time...
