[ What an odd sound. Loud, jazz music? It isn't every day you come across a live show, is it? The music itself seems to be animated itself, like it's... yanking you inside the room. Urging you to dance with the audience; like a puppet.

Seems that there's a Riku (stranding) on a large stage, playing a jazz tune with saxophone. The whole audience is definitely there, but they aren't inhabitants of the DR. In fact, you probably can't recognize them--they have no faces. At all. But they're all having a good time, possibly whisking you into a fast-paced dance. The only person that has a face is the DR's resident Shadow Man; Dr. Facilier. He's in the shadows, just watching, near the back door of the dance floor, sipping some bubbling wine from a champagne flute and enjoying the show.

As Riku stops his song and bows for a brief intermission, his eyes can be clearly seen: they're bright amber. And... is his shadow moving slightly? No one in the blank-faced audience notices. ]

Now ain't that a good show?

[ He mutters, more to himself, as the animated shadow pours him another glass of wine. Just as planned. ]

[ooc: Approaching Facilier will make the scenario change to whatever your character's wildest, greatest dream is. Everyone, including Riku, will disappear, but Facilier will be lurking somewhere in the background to propose a deal. :3 And if they decide to take his offer, they'll be giving something up. Approaching Riku, on the other hand, will just get you normal interaction. Maybe laced with a bit of Xehanort's Heartless. ... just remember: while the Shadow Man can tell what your character wants, I can't. |D; So PM/IM me (it's in the profile)!

[ she doesn't like being touched, really, and that's the only thing that's keeping her from falling to the dance floor. instead, she remains near the doorway, watching with a blank expression. it's pretty easy to tell that things are being manipulated rather heavily in here. she manipulates enough herself to see it. ]

[hello little girl Facilier notices her--not that Riku does. Just gonna stay over here. Don't try to toy with the manipulation, Naminé, he can wrap people up in their heavens or hells. then again, he might just let her try to shake Riku out of it if she so wishes. if she stays, though... hm.]

[ aha. she'll be heading toward him, then, ignoring the faceless crowd. for the record, the closest thing to a dream would be being with her Marluxia and Larxene again, but other than that, she has nothing that could be considered a dream, wild or not. ]

She's in her familiar white room again. Larxene and Marluxia are off talking to each other, snarking, laughing and dastardly devising plans.]

[ Seems normal. Larxene notices her stare and raises an eyebrow, which prompts Marluxia to stare at her for a moment before they wave it off, going back to their discussion. But there's a flicker of color on the other end of the table, hmm. ]

[Seems that Riku notices him, as well as Facilier. Taking his break as the couples do, too, he sort of smiles, taking a drink.

[ Big boom of music, that must be startling. But it's intermission now, and most people are sitting down. With his eyes glowing gold, it's a clear indicator of what's going on... if he can get to Riku, anyway. Facilier is taking his time. Might call him out. Might not. Let's see how he reacts. ]

[An arched eyebrow will be his first response, though he does kind of bob his head a bit, Axel is obviously adjusting pretty quick to the music. He walks fully into the room, closing the door behind him when his eyes go to start searching the room. They first land on Riku, then the.. nonexistent faces of the crowd members.. and then the rest of the room. Whatever light is in this place should bounce off the silver specs in his eyes quite brilliantly.]

[As soon as he finds him, he's gone--just like the audience. Axel's pushed backwards, into what seems to be a couch, by a brown blur. ... Sora? The dance hall is suddenly a nice studio apartment; he and Sora seem to be on the couch, just lounging, as the TV blares news. Sora's got his ear pressed against his chest.]

[It takes a moment before Axel registers 'what the fuck' just happened-- Sora, apartment, tv. Another sound he picks up on is a few heart beats, one he is use to because a Sora does usually have a heart but.. the other one?]

[Shifting just the slightest bit, he'll take in everything that's going on besides the obvious-- how everything feels (what is this?) different, how even though there are some strong things going on when he is around Sora normally.. this is.. different. A dream, maybe?]
