[ Normally this hall is quiet, secluded and separate from the more popular areas -- and it still is. All but quiet. Vicious growls and bangs come from one of the rooms, because something large and angry is trying to break out. The door is thick and solid and successfully preventing whatever it is inside from escaping, but it isn't discouraged. The sounds don't let up at all, and it's been going on for hours. There aren't many things that howl like that, and for anyone curious there's a safe way to investigate. A small opening provides a means to look inside the room. A window, before something punched through it, spilling glass and shredded, bloodied fur out into the hall. ]

[Nods and kneels down, carefully pulling her back into his arms, before lifting her up.]

[One of her hands immediately goes to his arm, and she digs her fingers in lightly. It's not actually against him, but everything hurts.]

[Roxas frowns, hating to see her in pain like this, and just whispers an apology. He's trying to be a gentle as he can, but there's only so much he can do.]

[Riku squeezes her eyes shut and tightens her grip, then shakes her head quickly.]

Just get me to my room.

[Yes, yes, he's going. They get there in no time, and Roxas stops at the door. Is it locked?]

[It is not, actually. And Riku is doing her damnedest not to fall asleep right there in his arms.]

[He wouldn't mind. It's not like he plans on going anywhere, anyways. Roxas opens the door and heads inside, setting her down in her bed.]

There..

[Oh sweet delicious comfortable bed. She could fall asleep right there, and lets out a soft sigh. Everything still hurts, but against something soft and cool like this it's just slightly better.]

Thanks...

[Brings the blankets up over her and makes sure she's all comfortable before sitting beside her on the edge of the bed. He nods in response.]

Is there anything else I can get you?

Another potion would be nice.

[Her pain is obvious by her face, tight and drawn up as she tries to ignore it. But everything's sore and she just wants to pass out, but not with Roxas there.]

[She really needs to to just accept his mother henning already. He nods and grabs another from his pocket, opening it before holding it out to her.]

[No. The only person that's allowed to go mother hen on her is Kai. Sora, too, but she's not here. Riku takes the potion and drinks it slowly, eyes half-closed. She's considering whether or not the exhaustion is going to win.]

[Well eventually. Roxas sits there for another moment, waiting to see if she needs another.]

[She feels much better after that, and sets the bottle down on her bed, not asking for another one. Now she's staring at the canopy part of her bed, looking simply tired.]

You should rest.

[That makes her snort and close her eyes.]

Like I can do anything else.

My point exactly.

What, are you going to stay and watch me?

[Looks at him.]

[...]

Should I come back and check on you instead?

[Shakes her head, pausing to clear her throat.]

I'll be fine on my own. All I'm doing is sleeping.

[He looks unsure of that.]

What if you--

[Turn again.]

What if I what?

[She's too tired to guess what he means.]

... turn back into that.

[Hesitates, then sits up as much as she can to look at the clock on her bedside table.]

It's morning. I won't.

[She shouldn't.]

There has to be some kind of fix to this...
