[This Sora happens to look Very Irritated. It might have something to do with the lack of familiarity in this place. Or perhaps the sign on his back that he can't seem to pull off that says, WARNING, HUNGRY VAMPIRE on it. The source however, is most likely the little Crescendo following him around.

The reason for this is unknown; though he has a heart it hasn't beat in years. Occasionally more Heartless will answer the call, but mostly all the little guy seems to do is alert whoever is in the vicinity that there is a fellow sneaking up on them with a rather noticeable sign on his back to warn them away, in case the sounds of a Crescendo in the vicinity hadn't already cleared the area.]

If you don't stop that, I'm going to eat you instead.

[Hah. Kurt looks a little amused.]

Is this little one troubling you?

You could say that.

[eyes Kurt speculatively]

[Oh, he's currently harmless, standing there with a soft smile and hands behind his back. Heck, he's not even showing any teeth, not that it'd mean anything in this case.]

When did he start following you, then?

[more like he was gauging how edible Kurt was, but still--]

Since early this morning, when I started looking for breakfast.

[Well, unless he'd rather get a mouthful of darkness than anything resembling actual blood, he's probably not the best target in the world.]

Really? That persistent, hm?

[He gives the Crescendo a little wave.]

I've killed him once or twice, I think. I'm not sure if it's the same one that keeps coming back.

[the Crescendo gives a little toot, and manages to look awfully proud of itself.]

[He laughs. Aww. Although the thought of it being killed - well. It came back. Dressing room. Interesting.]

Did he outright attack you, then? Or merely - make a nuisance of himself?

He interrupted my hunting.

[Hunting, hm? He raises an eyebrow.]

Well, now. We can hardly be having that, can we?

Does that mean you can do something about him?

[the sign on his back might be relevant]

[He steps over, looking at the situation. Oh-hoh. He chuckles.]

I might be able to persuade him.

You can keep him.

[Another laugh.]

Before I attempt to, though - when you say 'hunt'. Would he have been on the - hm, menu at all? Or what is your preference?

No, his kind aren't very satisfying to my sort of appetite. I'm more interested in humans.

[he's not seeing what has you so amused.]

[Attempting to compose himself. After all, he wouldn't appreciate a 'hungry Heartless' sign himself... although the emblem might say that much to some.]

Very well, then. I'll see what I can do.

[Addressing the Crescendo directly-] He's not your concern.

[that gets a small series of toots- the Crescendo isn't concerned so much as enjoying this]

What's he saying?

He ... needs more persuasion. It seems he enjoys the company.

[And second question:] Why are you following him? He's not here to touch us.

[and that series of toots would mean something to the effect of, it's fun to scare away his prey]

I'm certainly not enjoying his.

[Heh.] Unfortunate.

[And-] Would you appreciate it if someone scared yours away? There's so few opportunities here as it is. We all take what we can.

[if he understood any of that you might be getting an eyebrow raise. as it is, he's just looking impatient. the Heartless seems to be unrepentant.]

Why don't you take him? You seem to like him well enough.

If he wants to come along, I will.

[He asks-] How about it? I'm sure I can find better things for you to do than simply annoy this one person.

[grumbles something about not caring whether he wants to go along or not- which he doesn't seem to, actually, unless there's the chance of pestering more than one person?]

Oh, I'm sure I can find a few people who might make a better - target. One more worth your time.

[that gets a curious little toot, and after a moment the Crescendo is hopping its way over to Kurt.]

[He crouches down, gives it a smile. Come to Uncle Kurt, little one. And a glance up at Sora-]

I think I have him persuased.

[hop, hop- right into his hand]

Hopefully you can keep him that way.

[He chuckles, pets it.]

I'll try my best, I must say.

...thanks.

[he'll just be on his way then, slipping away silently now that he doesn't have something raising the alarm right behind him.]
