[This particular Riku seems oddly cheerful for one that's trapped by mistletoe for a few hours with nothing to do. If you've met him before, or have the ability to sense such things, you might notice that there's a good chunk of his psyche that appears to be missing.]

[oh lord Riku what did you get yourself into today.]

[just some mistletoe! he's just sitting in the doorway here, minding his own business.]

[He's wandering the halls on his A-Ts today, enjoying the breeze he's creating. This being winter, that's a little odd.]

[--oh hey, familiar face in the doorway. He's slowing down.]

[he's not wearing A-Ts, as he doesn't see the point when the part of him that prefers using them can't be found.]

Hey, Sora!

[Where he normally wouldn't notice that, now he does. This whole thing has been eating at him since it happened. Sure, he's acted all nice and friendly and affectionate to Riku, but he's actually worried and feeling rather distant inside, like he's lost someone dear to him.]

Riku! What're you doing? [Cue the innocent curiosity.]

Just sitting here, since I can't seem to go anywhere else. I'm hoping whatever it is wears off soon, or I might be in trouble when I can't get to a bathroom.

What do you mean, you can't go anywhere? I don't see anything wrong...

It only happened when I got in the doorway, so you should be careful before you come too close.

[And that's when he looks up to--...]

... Mistletoe.

[looks up too]

Yeah, that was here before I got stuck. There's not much to look at when you've been here a few hours, but it's okay.

No, that... might be what's got you stuck.

You think so?

[gets up, checking out the mistletoe to see if he could knock it off.]

Do you know what mistletoe means, Riku?

Something about kissing, right?

[he has to reach quite a bit, but on the second try he manages to grab and pull the mistletoe down off the doorway. after a few moments, another sprouts in its place.]

Huh.

Yeah. When you stand under mistletoe with someone, you're supposed to kiss.

So what are you waiting for, then?

[holds the mistletoe he'd grabbed over his head, grinning at Sora]

[He just exploded. Into red.] U-uh...

[He's within grabbing range, by the way.]

[but it's so much fun to tease Sora.]

It might not count if it's just a peck, so make sure it's a good one, okay?

R-Riku!

[eaoitjeaiojtea.]

What's the matter, Sora? Don't you want to kiss me?

I never said I didn't--

[AETJOEAIJTEA STOP DOING THAT.]

[Can't you see he's having fun?]

Well? I'm waiting~

[His cheeks puff up, his eyes narrow, his ears redden... And then he moves forward and suddenly puts his arms around Riku's neck, kissing him and making it good for him. This'll teach him to shut up.]

[Sora just got a sound of approval then, and Riku's arm wrapping around him to keep him from getting away too soon. He did want to make this really count, after all.]

[Well, he's not against that at all. However, he pulls back a little sooner than he would have a few weeks ago.]
