[Anyone planning to use the training room, might be in for a little surprise.
Not the fact that it's being used by Aericka. But by how aggressively she's beating the stuffing/sand/or whatever it is out of that punching bag.
Punches, kicks, elbows, knees. All are being used to attack the poor training object. And from the looks of things, she's been at this for a while.
She throws a few more punches before giving it a powerful roundhouse kick...And the seam finally splits, sand spilling out of the bag and onto the floor.]
