[Right now there is a Nobody wandering the halls, and he doesn't look to be in great shape. But it's ... well ... interesting shape.

He's barely even half-clothed, for one. No shirt, no shoes - just black pants, the top button of which is undone, and they ride low enough on his hips to show just a whisper of blond hair. And his skin shows all the signs of really rough, passionate sex. He's got hickeys everywhere, scratches and bruises and welts. It'll look like he got in a fight with a goddamn big pissed off cat to the uninitiated.

Without a shirt on, that big, black, machinery-lined hole in his chest is visible too, with its thick silver white scarring matting the skin surrounding it.

And then there's just ... the look on his face. He was sort of wandering, obviously aimless, but eventually he stops, just leaning against a wall and pressing a hand to his temple. Not to mention he's shaking, staring at the ground with wide eyes.

After a moment he just sinks down into a crouch, doubling over, holding his head in both hands as his shaking gets worse.]

What have I done?

Roxas?

[He flinches away from the voice and says nothing.]

[heads over, throwing a Cure at him out of habit. injured person = Cure, always.]

What happened?

[he flinches again, more violently, actually falling back to sit on the floor. he does not look up, but with one hand now on the floor for balance, a bit of his expression is revealed - and he's got a twisted snarl of a grimace on his face.

the Cure clears away most of the cuts and bruises and welts - after all, those were just superficial marks. but that does nothing for the hole in his chest or the shaking in his limbs. his voice comes out low and dark and rough.]

I fucked up.

[stops a little ways away, crouching down so he's not standing over Roxas- he hates standing over people, especially when they're injured. and he's trying really really hard not to stare, and doing a pretty good job of it.]

What do you mean?

[a thin, wretched laugh escapes him, and it sounds dangerously like a sob]

I let that-- him-- I can't believe I let him...

[he ducks his head down again, fisting his hands in his hair until his knuckles turn white. he doesn't make another sound, but he might -- actually -- be crying.]

[aw man, you're breaking his heart here. he's scooting closer, slowly putting a hand on his shoulder.]

Roxas?

[He is crying. The first sob that escapes him is wrenching and sharp, and he just ... very, very clearly hurts. the way he cries is painful and jagged and too hard -- like he's never done this before and he's not sure how it should go. he doesn't react to the hand on his shoulder - just curls up tighter, practically in a ball on the floor now. despite being older, taller, broader than Sora, he looks somehow very small.]

[people crying is definitely one of the things he hates the most, and the first thing that always comes to mind (once panic has left, as that happens more often than not; he is still just a teenage boy in the end) at times like this is how his mother used to hold him when he was younger. so that would be why he's trying to gather Roxas up in a hug, despite the fact that yeah, he's older and taller and just all around bigger, which makes it a bit awkward. that doesn't matter when people are upset.]

[Roxas just cries, pathetic and broken, into Sora's shoulder, his chest heaving with the force of his tears. He actually ... never has cried before. There's a lot more to this grieving than just what happened a little while ago. It's everything, eight or nine years of guilt and shame and pain.

Very much to his own shock, he forces some words out through his tears.] How would you feel if you had sex with your own worst enemy? The guy who nearly killed your Other? He -- he fucking tricked me, but I still didn't -- stop him, and--

[he's pretty shocked by what Roxas says, because for him that would be like... like having sex with Xehanort's Heartless, or Xemnas, or Saix-- but that's not the point. he doesn't know what to say to something like that, but he doesn't loosen his hug any, feeling quite horrible for Roxas.]

[He just clings, hands fisted tight in Sora's jacket. He keeps rambling, which is unusual enough in and of itself and probably says something for just how goddamn distraught he is.]

I d-didn't want to. He made me, he tricked me into it, I swear I'll kill that rat bastard...

[but he doesn't sound very convinced.]

What am I going to tell Riku? Why didn't I stop him?

[as much as he'd like to give Roxas the answers he's looking for, Sora's just a sixteen year old boy with no experience in this kind of thing.]

I don't know, Roxas.

... you okay?

[You caught the attention of a resident moe. Peeks at him, concerned. Does he need a Curaga?]

[this one certainly recognizes those marks for what they are. if he knew how to cure he would, but he can't so...]

Do you need help?

[he's giving you quite a bit of space, given who you look like. that hole in your chest is something else entirely that unnerves him]

[Riku's openly startled when he sees Roxas. his never witnessed his friend in such a condition before, and for the first seconds he's almost--

but then the look on Roxas' face hits home, and Riku is rushing to his side]

Roxas...Roxas! What happened? Are you alright?

[h-holy god that voice. is that...?

A Namine. he stares at her in abject horror, but for some reason can't bring himself to move.]

[Kneels down next to him, giving him a Curaga for good measure, before making two large leaves grow, enough to wrap themselves around him and cover him because under dressed. >:]

[A Riku. Roxas instinctively flinches, staring around for the source of the voice, then calms a bit when he takes in how young the kid looks. not his Riku.

... but still. he looks at him a moment longer, then ducks his head back down and gives it a shake. no.]

[that voice. not that voice. why... how does Riku always, always find him?

he flinches away so hard he actually falls back, half-sprawling out on the floor. stuck in this position he can't hide his face at all, and the grief written large all over his expression is awful to look at.]

[so he just cries, because hell, it's Sora, and he didn't really expect him to have an answer anyway.

he does eventually calm down, though it takes him a while. it strikes him, at some point, how much his own Sora used to do this for him - just hold him until the shaking stopped - and that calms him the most, with his breathing finally steadying and quieting until it's normal again.

it's not long after that he finally manages to sit up straight and actually look at Sora, and though his eyes are bloodshot his expression is unreadable]

... sorry.

[Well, the Curaga helps him stop looking like the victim of a mountain lion attack, anyway. But the leaves? Startle the hell out of him, his eyes going a bit wild around the edges like he's just going to fucking run for it.

but with a bit of a struggle he convinces himself they're not a threat and stays still. after a few shaky breaths he tries looking at her again, but it doesn't help. the feeling of shame hits him like a truck, so strongly that he actually flushes. it's splotchy and unattractive and turns his ears red and he just stares at the floor instead, grimacing.]

[Withdraws the leaves then if they freak him out, opting to shrug out the jacket she's wearing instead and drapes it over his shoulder in an effort to keep him warm.]

Can you walk? Let's move you to a room.

[He doesn't move.]

I'm not hurt.

[F-frowns a bit. She's just really worried for this random Roxas, okay, hurt Roxae is not good for her. Tentatively places a hand on his shoulder.]

Please? It's better than being out here.
