[ In the main room there is a Riku. She's resting her head on the table, using her arms as a makeshift pillow, and showing off a bare back to anyone who walks by. It's pale as the rest of her, and covered in a number of scars; cuts and wide slashes, long burns from some kind of energy, from her shoulder blades to her hips. Not very pretty... From the front she's wearing torn jeans and a normal t-shirt, but it's more or less backless, and no matter how many times she pushes her hair back it keeps falling over her shoulders. ]

This is not my week.

[Would his jacket stay over her back if he held it there, or would it escape somehow.]

[Probably! Unless it touched her skin. --wait is he there, what.]

[No I'm asking beforehand. He is heading over, though.]

[It probably wouldn't stay unless he wanted to keep his arm on her back the whole time. Either way, he can probably see the way she tenses briefly. She's not looking, but she's caught his scent.]

Nice shirt.

[He's already sliding his jacket off to drape it over her shoulders.]

I hate it.

[That'd be muffled, because she hasn't lifted her head. She does turn slightly so she can look at him, though.]

[Does she feel the jacket being draped over all that exposed skin.]

I'm sure. Why are you in public then?

[She does, and it's surprising enough that she lifts her head to actually look.]

Can't leave. What are you doing?

Covering you?

[Cautiously lets it go once it's on her in a way where it should stay put.]

...It's not going to work.

[And she sets her head down again on its side, watching the jacket start to slide off.]

[Oh no you don't. Grabs it before it falls off completely and pulls it back up, leaving his hand there this time.]

Well seeing as you can't go anywhere, it's not like this'll inconvenience you any.

[If he's keeping it there with his hand, it probably feels like her back is coated in something slippery, though it's perfectly dry. Something doesn't want her covered up.]

It's not really helping, either.

If I hold it...

[Yeah, he's not too surprised something doesn't want her covered, seeing as she's stuck in a main room with an open-backed shirt.]

[It's being very stubborn about it! And Riku's giving him a look.]

You can't stay there the whole time.

Sure I can.

[Or at least, he can try.]

No you can't.

[Sits up a little, propping her head up in her hand. The one that's not heavily bandaged.]

Why not?

[Hey what.]

What happened to your hand?

Spider bite. And because I said so.

[Drums those fingers against the desk. It's quite painful.]

[Why are you doing that you idiot. Moves the jacket, digging into one of the pockets.]

[Masochism. She's kind of in a bad mood. She'll watch him do that, trying not to really glance behind her.]

[He's pulling out that bottle of painkillers!]

[O...kay. Her face is just asking what those are for.]

[Dangles the bottle in front of her. The side lists a bunch of things that are... unusual to see on a bottle of pain relievers. Including spider bites!]

[Leans away a bit, but takes it? Are those other things listed anything that would be potentially worrying?]

[Just things that aren't really out of place to him. Go ahead and think of things yourself. :|;]
