[anyone coming down this hallway should be cautious. due to the nature of Replica's power, you might feel yourself growing to feel more angry, depressed or hurt over things that have happened to you. if you still continue, you might find Replica practicing in the simulation room, the projected simulation a wreck of a city area with marks scarring nearly every surface.

there's a loud noise, then an old house starts sagging on its side from the crushing power of the wave of darkness that struck it. broken glass is all over that area, and Replica's looking pretty satisfied with his handiwork.]

See, Riku? It's not hard at all.

['sup, a wave of darkness as strong as the one that struck that house is coming your way]

[Well, we're on A-Ts today so that's fine! Have a nice, graceful arc of a flip right over it.]

[watches in consternation as the building behind you takes the hit instead. something else he doesn't understand is your mood. you should be feeling anything but the cheerful attitude you seem to have]

If it's work, it's not fun anymore.

[Trying to make himself scarce, he's peeking into the room quietly, eyeing your A-Ts and you know, the wreckage.]

[he's not just destroying things, though that is the majority of the purpose of his moves. if he sees you, some of the cause of that wreckage may very well be headed in your direction. if you're close enough, you might even see the darkness wisp from his regalia]

[Narrowly avoids getting hit in the face multiple times. He wants to ask about the regalia actually, but. You know. He doesn't feel that suicidal today.]

[not feeling suicidal? maybe he needs to increase the power he gets from negative emotions like that. someone's spotted you, and threat or no he's flinging an arc of darkness in your direction]

[puts his hands on his hips, still smiling broadly.]

How is it not fun? You get paid to destroy things!

Whoa-! [Manages to flip over it at the last minute.]

Hey, hey, I didn't do anything to you, okay? S-So, you... you don't need to do that! I'm sorry for watching, okay?

[this ship does not run on happy faces >|]

I'd rather destroy the things I want to, not the things I'm told to.

[sneers at you, unimpressed]

I'll decide what I don't need to do, not you.

Okay, okay, I meant it as a suggestion, you know? I mean. If you want to, you know, do that it's fine! Everyone can do what they want, right?

[why so intimidated. he's just skating close enough to invade your personal space. or is your emotional weakness fear?]

[kicks another wave of darkness at you as he skates off, deeper into the simulation and toward an abandoned construction site, the steel beams scored with the marks of his regalia where he's gone over them, heading up]

[This one, he slides easily under, and hey-- you're being chased after. Someone's being persistent today, and he may just be ready to take you on instead of hoping for Riku.]

[glances back briefly when he hears you behind him and goes higher still, weaving through the frame of what was probably meant to be a tall company building until he's near the top. a fall from here would likely kill you, depending what you landed on.]

[Weeeell you're being followed all the way up. His graceful movements show that he's been practicing~]

[stops at the end of a beam hanging out over the site, turning to give you a dark smile as you follow him. someone's been practicing as well, but not just A-T skills.

the misty darkness around his A-Ts gets darker as he concentrates, and the room itself seems to grow darker. when you get close enough, he's sending a double-wave of darkness flying at you]

[And look at that! He must be part monkey, because with this insane climbing, he just dodged that with ease. You may not notice yet... but he's actually trying to accomplish something. He's happy for a reason.]

[he doesn't do happy, unless it's for Riku. he's been pulling at a lot of darkness in here, so it probably shouldn't be too much of a surprise when a shadow Heartless appears on the beam in front of him. he's just going to stare at it, because he hadn't thought to include them in the simulation.]

Would you look at what I found.

[.... Well, shit. He's not loosing hope, though.]

[tilts his head as he looks at the thing, crouching down as it comes closer to him]

Why don't you see what happens when you go after that guy?

[yes Sora, he's pointing at you. and the Heartless actually seems inclined to listen to him, because now it's heading in your direction instead, which makes Replica's smile grow wider]

[Oh baby. ♥]

[Replica might get a little shocked when he sees that, instead of freaking out and running, Sora grins. This is just what he needed to test on. The Shadow sinks into the floor and darts toward him, and Sora's A-Ts start to shine. When the Heartless surfaces next to him, Sora does a nice backflip into the air, and lands on his hands on the beam. He then brings his torso down and swings his legs in a full circle, all the while holding himself up with the shifting of his arms. And oh, look at that, Replica!]

[A concentrated wave of light.]
