[Sora had only intended to get into his closet to locate his blocks, but when he pulls it open he doesn't find his clothes or toys -- there's a whole other room beyond the door.]

[it isn't as simple or as exciting as just finding a new room for him to play in, either. his old bedroom on the islands is clean and the bed is made, although dusty, like someone hasn't been living in it for quite a while. he can hear and smell the ocean wafting from a little window in the corner; he can see the sky and sunlight streaming in and warming the plush rug on the floor -- it's one of his favorite places to play, and consequently, nap.]

[Sora stands just outside the doorway, agonizing silently over whether he wants to go through.]

[hoists you up into a hug, looking at your room thoughtfully. after a moment, he attempts to put his arm into it to see if he can even cross into the room at all]

[that's most likely a negative; maybe the dressing room is a crossroad and allows for doubles, but Sora's home world certainly isn't.]

I can't go through, so it looks like it'll just be you if you want to go home, kiddo.

[having to make a decision is driving him crazy, because no matter how long he internally debates it, he can't seem to make up his mind. he tugs on his hair a bit.]

Calm down, 'bug. Even if you do decide to go back home, there's always a chance you'll come back here, too.

Well, since you don't know for sure you can come right back, you should tell your friends, Sora and Ri where you're going so they don't worry about where you went.

[he'll miss you if you do decide to go, but he knows Sora and Ri will miss you ten times more, especially if you disappear without warning]
