[ Crown's just returned from a trip back home, but the look of his torn costume and shivering body suggests it was no vacation. Beneath a flickering dome of energy acting as a shield, he's crouched on one knee, breathing shallow and broken as he tries to fight off the cold. See, he's frozen to the floor from the waist down, skin and hair dusted with a fine layer of frost. ]

[...what. water's swarming around the ice, hot as he can make it.]

[oh, that's very nice. Crown looks over, and the dome vanishes a second later.]

H-Hey.

Yo. What happened?

[keeps working. he's never really had to try and make his water hot, but he's doing his best!]

[offers a shaky grin. hey, it's helping more than leaving it alone.]

F-Found myself back in N-N-New York.

[he just wants to melt the ice enough to haul him off to a bathroom for a proper hot shower.]

That bites.

W-Wasn't so bad. Until just now, anyway.

[being immobilized kind of cuts out two of his powers. he's moving as much as he can, trying to break the ice apart.]

Uh-huh.

[well, once he's at least disconnected from the floor, the water is hauling him up and he's leading the way to the nearest bathroom.]

[wobbles a little in the air.]

Whoa-- Hey, wait!

[doesn't stop, but does glance back at him.]

What?

Where are we going?

[good a question as any.]

Finding a shower. I can't make water hot enough to thaw you out properly.

Oh.

[he's got no objections.]

[nods and keeps going, stopping in front of what he knows is a bathroom and bringing Sora in with him, depositing him in the shower and turning on the hot water. :D]

[relaxes a little once he's in. his upper half, anyway.]

Man...

[hops onto the counter, helping direct the water to the parts that need it most.]

So how much trouble did you run into?

[takes a few seconds to think that over.]

About the same as usual.

[reaches up to remove his mask, since Dyme knows what he looks like anyway.]

Sure.

[as soon as the mask is removed, there's gonna be a bunch of warm water dumping on his head.]

[lets out a bubbly noise of surprise, spitting water out after. he won't be complaining, though.]

[snicker.]

Feeling any better, oh mighty hero?

Yeah, actually.

[shakes his hair out, brushing off more of that cracked and melting ice.]

Good!

[ah, he's such a terrible supervillain.]

[he really is.]

Oh, hey. Thanks again. Being frozen is not on my list of fun ways to pass the time.

Yeah, it's not really fun.

[has totally experienced being frozen before.]
