Come out, fake! Show yourself!

[ There seems to be a new Riku, entering through a door with much haste. That is, until he realizes that the walls aren't white, and that whatever hall this is isn't remotely similar to the castle. Well that's not good... within a moment he summons the soul eater, eyes narrowing. ]

Is this supposed to be another one of your tricks, Ansem? I've had enough of this.

[here, have someone in an Organization coat stepping into view. Time to play.]

[ He tenses up just a bit, holding his weapon up just in case. ]

Another one of you. Just what do you want this time?

[Steps toward him, moving slowly. Are you going to attack?]

[ No, not unless she makes the first move. He'll just remain wary, though. Just in case. ]

[She walks in all close to him, standing not a foot away from him. She's got her head tilted down so he can't see.]

[... And then she giggles.]

[ ... Familiar voice is familiar. Pardon him if he stares a bit. ]

[Lets remove this hood, shall we?]

[Hi, confused Kairi is confused.]

[ ... ...

No way. Yeah, his eyes just got wider. ]

[ Tenses up. She shouldn't be-- ]

[Smiling pretty convincingly at him. However, it's tainted with amusement.]

You look a little shocked, Riku... Couldn't you see me like this? Heartless, deadly, and blank?

Yeah. You alright?

[She might also look a little more...grown up, than he remembers.]

... This has to be a trick. You look older, and besides, Kairi's back on the island. She's safe.

I'm fine, just--

[ ...She really is older. ]

Okay, what's going on?

... Oh, you poor thing. Still got your mind back in your own world, huh?

You aren't there anymore, Riku. I am Kairi. But I'm not the only one you'll see here. This place is called the Dressing Room. It's a dimensional crossroads that snags people from their timelines and universes and traps them here indefinitely.

It can even bring the dead back to life. [puts her hand above where her heart would be.] It did that little favor for me.

[Chuckles.]

You're definitely new here.

How do I know you're not making this up? For all I know you could be all talk. Just trying to mess with my head.

[And that is still a Kairi asking that~ She turns and starts headed down the hallway. One turn and there will be traffic, anyway.]

That doesn't even make sense. Just a minute ago I was in Castle Oblivion.

From what I've heard, I thought you guys were supposed to be a little more protective of me.

[Slight smile in that voice, she's walking to the end of this hallway and turning. Then she'll stop, because oh look. Foot traffic. Lots of it. See those familiar faces?]

[Tilts her head a little.]

It's, not really supposed to make sense. This place is probably the most random place you will ever see.

So what if I am? I'm still not convinced, plain and simple.

[Well, there is another Riku tugging what looks like a carpet cleaner out of a closet nearby, but he certainly couldn't pass as the fake Riku from the other's world. Considering he's taller than an Axel, 31, and looks very blind in his left eye. He's also grumbling about something, not noticing the younger Riku.]

Next time he's cleaning the carpet when he bleeds all over it...
