[There is someone working in the gym. Frustration and such takes a toll on him..so he's exhausting himself in order to meditate. The music is pounding, so he might not hear you approach, but he might like some company.]

[Woah! He almost attacked, but had recognized her voice in time. Instead he turned around, huffing for breath and smiled.]

Uh, glow, float in the air, sometimes power seeps out. It's just weird.

[He chuckled and closed his eyes, sinking into his meditation. It'd be a while before it happened.]

[....do.dododod...meditating. And, well there you have it, it starts small, but there's several tendrils of power flowing out of him. They'll touch Aericka, but they should feel like the caress of a hand, soft touch and good thoughts.]
