[ There is a Riku lying on her back in the sand, having taken up the beach room for herself this morning. Her eyes are closed and it's hard to tell, but she might even be asleep.

Being back to normal physically and around to watch people is all fine and well, but she can only take so much exposure to certain people before she starts really feeling homesick all over again. What she misses most is having her own Sora around, but she's trying not to think too hard about that. The sound of the 'ocean' is a pleasant enough distraction. ]

[That catches her off guard enough to quickly bring a smile of her own. Stop that, Sora, you're going to embarrass her.]

I was just thinking that maybe... you should come over and we could watch movies and eat pizza or something.

[Here, have a Roxas, because she probably doesn't miss hers very much. He just wonders on in and heads down to the water, trying to be quiet so that he doesn't disturb her if she really is sleeping. It's probably not a good idea for him to be so close to the water, but he's trying something.]

[Well that can't be good. She turns her head in the direction of the door and sits up, trying to search out the source of the noise.]

[No, she... really doesn't. She's pretty sure there are at least three different female Roxae here anyway - that's more than enough. Riku doesn't open her eyes, but she does move her arms to use them as a pillow.]

What pulled you here?

[Namines (and Namis) are never a bother; Riku opens her eyes when she senses her, tilting her head back to look.]

I wanted to try something. And it requires water.

[He kneels down to touch the water, just letting the waves crash against his hand.]

[Something about that sound just doesn't sit right with her. She's going to roll onto her knees, crouching before slowly rising to a stand.]

Well... I recently found out that I can control lightning too, not just fire. And since fire doesn't work against water, I'm trying to get better at the lightning thing. I want to see how far I can get it to go.

[And he's just staring over the ocean.

[Her expression softens juuust barely, and Riku closes her eyes, facing skyward again.]

Sora says "rrrrrrrrr" and "AAAAAAAUUUUUUUU"

[something darts across the doorway -- it looks like a grown adult, but he's hunched on all fours. not unlike an Anti-Sora, but no where near a Heartless, either.]
