[there's a very panicked little kid running through the hallways of the dressing room in a frenzy, arms flailing and unintentionally knocking over random plants and whatever other small objects might get in the way. sorry if you happen to get crashed into, but Sora probably won't stop in his panic to apologize.]

[so he flails and squirms and sobs into Sora's shoulder hysterically; it's difficult to tell whether he's in pain or just plain terrified, but it is easy to tell that something's not quite right -- he reeks of Darkness.]

[Yikes, pint-sized missile coming through! Kurt's not completely inexperienced with smaller humans, but not so good with them in this state... he'd just rather not get assailed. He'll hold his arms out, though, bracing for any impact.]

[She does indeed get crashed into, but she grabs a hold of him before he goes anywhere else.]

[he doesn't really answer, and just continues crying and writhing. his cries don't really even sound like his at this point -- Sora's not actually the one pitching a fit here, it's Roxas. seems they've merged on accident, and Roxas brought a whole lot of Darkness with him.]

[Sora really didn't mean to crash into Kurt, but he's not really thinking about much else except trying to scramble to his feet and take off again. he latches on to try to pull himself back to his feet.]

*he's quiet for a minute and just holds you, closing his eyes and trying to 'feel out' what's not right with you; the cries do seem a little strange but familiar, and that Darkness feels similar to his own Roxas' so he buries his face in your hair, his Heart squeezing at the sounds you're making*

[Oof! Owch. Well, he can't say he wasn't expecting it. Kurt'll help him stand up straight, reach a hand out to hold onto the boy's arm, but he's not going to let the kid run off again so easily like this...]

[Sora's still not answering, but his cries are slowing down a bit at being close to Sora's warmth; if he is in pain, it's out of the two of them fighting over control -- he clutches at Sora's shoulders a little, still working through his sobs.]

[Sora unfortunately won't be easy to console; he writhes in Namine's arms, quickly crying himself hoarse. he seems terrified, or pained, or furious -- it's really difficult to tell.]

[the collision is enough to knock him over, but instead of getting back up he remains on the floor, curled up and sobbing.]

[He tries stroking Sora's hair (the least spiky bits) with his free hand, grip gentle with the other. His tone's softer now. Heartless might not be the best creatures for sympathy, but he's pretty good at faking it.]

Easy, child. Don't hurt yourself.

[immediately crouches down to pick him up, holding him close and trying to figure out what happened.]

[Kai might be able to sense the sudden intensity of Darkness -- he might even be able to sense both Sora and Roxas fighting over control of his body. it certainly explains why he's flailing helplessly.]
