( somewhere in the dressing room a portal materializes, and through it steps a none-too happy Larxene. the alien surroundings don't make her any happier. )

( with a flick of her wrist and a flourish of electricity, she summons a set of knives. her free hand is a fist, planted on her hip. )

[That's a female Demyx walking by, ignoring the blonde because she'd rather not talk to Larxenes.]

( it's the idiot. what was he--wait, she?!-- whatever, it made the mistake of crossing her path. she raises her armed hand, knives pointing at the offending abomination. )

Can't you point those at somebody else?

( she tilts her head a little to the side and laughs. )

[She takes a step back.]

Tsk. You must be new here.

( her hand drops down to her side, but she takes two steps forward. )

( and again, she takes the opportunity to laugh. )

( she summons the set of knives belonging to her other hand and smirks bitterly. )

[She glances at those knives, not liking the situation one bit.]

This place's an interdimensional crossroad. There's no way out and there's about two hundred Roxae around. And doubles of other people too.

Ah, wonderful. Another bug.

[here, have a Vexen. who probably looks older than canon. and is going grey. and has a heart.]

[a replica innocently walks through the hallway. there's a sword on his hip and he carries a huge sheet of paper under his arm. he would have noticed Larxene if he wasn't so preoccupied with memorizing some lyrics.]

You're late, you know.

( static electricity begins to spark around the edges of her knives. )

Then what do you want me to tell you? You'll get the same description from everyone else in here.

( she registers the insult before she registers the voice. a scowl sets on her face. )

( she identifies the voice and her scowl grows darker. ) ( a quick scan over his appearance tells her that besides being very much alive, he's also rather old...definitely not hers. the sentiment is still the same. )

The walking dead?

[he smirks, tipping his head slightly.]

I could say the same of you.

[blinks and looks at her. she probably notices the eyepatch now. and he notices her, and visibly tenses, hand flying to the handle of his sword.]

[She'll just shut up, then.]

( pouts a bit. )

[continues to look amused.]

( notice she does. )

( her lips twist into an amused smile and she takes a few more steps forward. )

[he'd very much want to be somewhere else at the moment, but she's new and he's nice. unfortunately.]
