[Namine's lying curled up on one of the couches in a random common room, propped up on her elbow. There's a bowl of strawberries right next to her and she's holding a book open, reading with much interest.

Though should anyone who's talked to her in the last few days sees her, they might be confused by the lack of bandages on her right hand.]

What are you reading?

[says the 27-year-old Roxas with a cane.]

[She looks up from the book before smiling at him.]
A book about magic.

Any particular reason?

Because I want to learn how to use magic.
[Takes a strawberry and eats it before holding the bowl out to him.]
Want one?

[... takes one of the strawberries, eating it.]

[Places the bowl on the coffee table so he can have more if he wants.]

I'm sure you'll be able to find someone who can help you learn magic.

[Sighs, glancing back at the book.]
I hope so, cause I'm not much of a fighter. I figured that I'd be better at magic than I would be at hand to hand combat.

Both can be useful. I can't say I'm an expert, but you should make healing magic a priority.

[Smiles again.]
Healing is definitely something I want to learn, that and defensive spells, maybe. I think I saw something about a barrier spell earlier.
[Glances at the book again.]

Good idea. A few offensive spells wouldn't hurt though.

[takes another strawberry.]

[She bites her lip a little.]
I know...But, I just dont like the idea of hurting people. Even if it is self defense.

Still, it's good to have them just in case.

[Reaches for another strawberry.]
Still, I think I'll start with healing and barriers.
[Eats strawberry.]

[takes yet another strawberry, eating it.]

I'm gonna have to go get more strawberries soon.

Where did you find them in the first place?

In the kitchen. I think there's a fruit garden around here that might have them too, but I'm not sure where it is.

I haven't really been exploring, but this place seems to have pretty much everything.

[having a cane makes exploring more of a chore so he doesn't do it often.]

[She noticed the cane, but didn't think it would be polite to ask. She nods.]
I dont explore that much either. I usually stay near my room. Otherwise I'm usually in the beach room or the music room.
[Shrugs and takes another strawberry.]

Beach room?

[She nods.]
Yeah, you haven't seen it yet?

I could show you if you wanted?

[thinks about it for a short moment. he might as well do something in this place to kill time.]
