Well, well. This is a surprise.
["this" being the thoroughly equipped torture room she just stumbled upon. Larxene wastes no time lingering by the doorway, but steps in, the flowery scent drifting about her a sharp contrast - or is it complement? - to the cloying odor of blood in the space.
