[ it's not every day you find a duckling outside of the shower. what are the odds of that? ]

[ Riku has to check the hall and make sure it's clear before he can begin to think of crouching down to inspect the thing. never mind that he's still dripping wet. ]

[ of all the things he's heard ... starts rubbing its head with a fingertip to calm it down. ]

I don't know what people do with animals besides eat them or make clothing from them.

*watches you pet the duckling*

[FLASH. ..gotta test out the new camera sometime.]

[ of course it'd be at an almost-smiling moment. ]

[ peep peep-- unfortunately it's making Riku's new visitor flutter down the hallway. ]

[he did say he was going to get that picture... just not when.]

[as the duckling teeters by he steps aside, peeking into the bathroom at Riku with raised brows and a small smile.]

.. well? Are you going to go after it?

[ why does he have to conduct all of his affairs half-naked. ]

[ and why Roxas. stares incredulously. ]

[stares back. his left brow arches juuust a little more.]

[ drips on past him. ]

[..trails after, absently, playing with the settings on his camera.]

[ope, there's another flash from behind.]

[ ... turns his head, pointedly adjusting that towel around his waist. it's a wonder that it's even staying up. ]

[that one didn't turn out so well, so he deletes it and takes a moment to look back at the first picture he took.]

[ he's not clueless; except for the duck peeping at his ankles, that is. ]

Guess it would last longer.

[ a picture, that is. walking eye candy is unavoidable at the moment, picking up his newfound friend to keep it quiet. no, really. ]
