Could hide a Samurai in his pants-

[Don’t mind the sea of MP bubbles strewn across the hallway: Terra’s found himself a few new training partners. What he considers training, though, others might see as a wide-scale slaughtering of Samurai Nobodies.

He’s currently facing off against one of them and both opponents are locked in Dual Stance, weapons at the ready. He waits and waits and- snap, lunges. Keyblade meets Nobody and then there’s a few more bubbles falling to the floor. Sooner or later, he’s going to get bored with this exercise... but for now he's leaning back against a wall, just waiting for another silvery creature to appear.]

[well, here's someone 'silvery', but he's definitely not a Nobody. Nah, Riku's just sort of watching with a slight smirk]

[speaks only when Terra is finished. His arms are folded but his voice is even enough.]

[Glances over when he realizes he has an audience. It seems like that slight smirk is contagious, too: he almost smiles when he spots the silver-haired kid.]

Guess I'm not the only one who's been getting some training in lately.

[Looks out of the corner of his eye at the blond but he doesn't turn to face him right away.]

I'm one who knows Another. And you... You call yourself Roxas, right?

[todomarishi]

... Low on magic energy by any chance, Aqua? [Gestures to the carpet of MP bubbles, some of which are fading away by now.]

I'm trying to make up for a few months of... lethargy.

[Lifts a broken cuff out of his pocket and holds it up like a kind of twisted trophy.]

You've been keeping up with your training here?

It's pretty much all I've been doing lately. After being here a few months, you just run out of things to do.

[Nods.]

I know, but we have to make do. Some wielders have already been sent home. You should be prepared for the day you resume your duties.

Heh... yeah. Between here and Econtra, I guess I did leave a lot behind. I just hope me being gone hasn't affected anything. It's bad enough that I couldn't close the door...

Maybe it wasn't meant to be closed at that time. Were you the one to open it?

[Shifts in place, checking his grip on the Keyblade.]

The only door I remember opening was the one back on the islands, so I can't really be sure. All I know is that the door was just too heavy, like pushing just wasn't enough. But what could we do? The king was too busy fighting the heartless to help.

[though he doesn't recognize that name, he sounds just as expressionless as always.]

There is a training room in here.

[Eventually, another Samurai Nobody arrives in a swirl of nothingness. On cue, he moves away from the wall and approaches it. He’s about to swing when he realizes his chosen target is focusing on something in the distance. Terra breaks out of his battle stance and turns around to face the stranger... whose appearance catches him by surprise. He’s only ever met younger versions of Riku.

His eyes narrow and he backs off slowly with a slight bow of his head. Wordlessly he motions to the Samurai as if challenging the other wielder to attack it.]

[He frowns at that but keeps his eyes on the hallway around them.]

Do you spend a lot of time there?

[todomarishi]

Don't worry about it, Riku... Everything happens for a reason. Maybe you'll have the strength to close it when you get back.

Guess you have a point. Still, I can't help but wonder if time passes back home. Could be a problem if it does...
